DIETING - LET'S GET FRESH!
Eating
fresh, unprocessed foods is one of the best ways to lose weight.
Most of the foods that act as 'hip huggers' are processed goodies,
such as pies, cakes, candy bars and chips.
Try choosing a potato over chips
or an apple over a slice of apple pie. It's very hard to overeat
when it comes to fresh items, because they tend to be very filling.
For example, you might eat half a bag of potato chips before
you feel like you've had enough. But that one potato generally will
be more than enough!
