Late While Dieting
Try to eat your last meal of the day as
early in the evening as possible. In addition, you'll see healthier
results if you make it your lightest meal of the day and forego
snacking before bedtime.
Since our activity level begins to wind
down in the evenings, our bodies don't burn as efficiently as throughout
the day when we're bustling about.
If you find yourself famished
while relaxing before bedtime, try one of the following:
- enjoy a glass of skimmed
milk with a shot of real vanilla
- take a lingering bubblebath

- make it an early night and
