Cake Low Calorie Recipe
We
love potatoes - and we adore
potato cakes. Traditionally,
potatoes are peeled, shredded,
salted, peppered, then fried
in oil.
While
draining them on a stack
of paper towels will remove
a good bit of oil, there
is a healthier mode of making
diet-friendly potato cakes
that contain so few calories,
you'll just jump for Diet
Joy!
Simply
prepare as above, but rather
than frying in oil, use
butter flavored cooking
spray. You'll cut
the calorie content by 1/4th
or more.
This
recipe contains about 120
calories when using a small
potato and makes one huge
potato cake OR a couple
of nice-sized ones.
