The
Wishing Well - Planting Diet Seeds for Success
Planning,
Planting, Harvesting Your Natural Diet Plan.
Pruning
Your Diet
No - we're not talking about little
dried plums here, although those are quite nice, quite tasty for
a natural diet plan.
There are times with the diet is
dredged down with dead weight - just like a tree that has a dead
limb. At this point, it's time to get out your Diet Pruning Shears
and adjust the following:
You may be on a monstrous diet plateau - so hold your ground
and see if your weight adjusts DOWNWARD within a 3 week period.
If not, it's time to look hard and long at your Diet Plan,
which obviously has become ineffective. Look for 'too many calories',
'sodium', 'types of foods' and plan for a visit to your doctor or
nutritionist who can check you over for metabolism problems.
If
you haven't been True Blue to your Diet Plan, then it will only
be blue to you. Repent and return to your unwicked Diet Ways and
you should see the numbers on your weight loss scales begin to decline.
Is
your Diet Plan fun? If it isn't fun, then you need to do a
Diet Makeover. Discover some tasty, low calorie recipes, try walking
outdoors rather than chasing rubber on your treadmill, and think
about finding a good friend to 'diet buddy' up with.
Keep in mind that when you begin
to experience thoughts of straying from your Diet Plan, that it's
many times indicative of impending weight loss. Just be very
patient, because losing weight is time-consuming at best.
Once you've made some adjustments
and pruned away the Diet Deadwood, run for the finish line for Diet
Success!
