kitchen shelf into salad.
Turn that empty kitchen shelf into a little
greenhouse to grow fabulous, healthy, natural foods for your diet
plan.
Herbs, spices, tiny tomatoes and
onions all grow very well in small pots that receive adequate sunlight.
But don't stop with herbs and
spices! Consider growing sprouts as well.
Sprouts are about the easiest
natural food to grow, taking very little effort. And the best thing,
is that they pop up overnight! Start with bean sprouts, then graduate
to alfalfa.
Sprouts go well in stirfry recipes,
as well as sandwiches, soups and salads. They are also ultra
low in calories!
Be sure and purchase a few 'pot
buddies' to decorate your tiny plants with.
Remember - it's all about making
your diet fun! If it's fun, you'll be more apt to stick with your
diet plan!
